Updated as of March 20th, I am requiring all photography appointments to follow the below guidelines:


During the state wide "Shelter in Place”, all photoshoots of properties MUST BE VACANT.    Vacant of sellers, workers and even yourself, the realtor.   100 percent vacant inside.


Your appointment will be CANCELED and incur a 50% cancelation fee if workers, stagers, sellers or other people are at the shoot upon arrival.  

If the home is seller occupied, please have them vacant at least 30 mins prior to appointment and open some windows and sliding glass doors to allow fresh air flow.

The best way to approach this is to arrive 30 mins before the shoot  to do a walkthrough of the property and make sure it is up to your standards for photography.  From there you can hide a key, send me key location and shoot comments if there are any.    If you plan on meeting at the shoot, please only do so outside and please wear a face covering as per Marin Co Health Orders.


I am sanitizing my equipment before and after each shoot and turning on and off lights / opening doors etc with gloves.  


In addition, I am wearing an N-95 Mask inside the home and a face covering outside of the home.  

I will turn off all lights and lock all doors behind me.  


It is imperative that we stay 100 percent safe out there yet do our best to help each other out during these extremely difficult times for our community.
